Join us for a yoga and meditation class in the garden designed to restore your sense of calm, peace, and grounding.
Grounded Transition Yoga is a unique practice designed to help participants cultivate stability, mindfulness, and strength as they move through life’s transitions—both on and off the mat. Led by Amy Shea, this class blends slow, intentional movements with breathwork and grounding techniques to enhance balance, strength, and resilience. It’s perfect for those seeking a mindful approach to yoga that emphasizes easeful transitions between poses while fostering a sense of deep presence and inner calm.
By practicing conscious movement and grounded transitions, students gain a newfound awareness of how they navigate both their yoga practice and life’s ever-changing moments. Whether experiencing a period of transformation or simply seeking a more mindful approach to movement, this class provides the tools to move with confidence, ease, and intention.
